Jesus healed a woman who had been suffering for 18 years with a serious disability. The woman praised God. The people who witnessed this rejoiced at all the glorious things that Jesus did and said. However the ruler of the synagogue where these things took place was indignant. Then as now, many who are religious are not happy when God actually shows up!
