Among all Jesus’ parables, this one, The Parable of the Dishonest Manager, is one of the most difficult to understand. I think it means that, if we are children of God, and if we are clever, we will not have much money, because whatever we have received will have been quickly spent helping others in ways that are pleasing to God.
